RSU #10 Masking Update
Based on the Governor's recommendation, we expect masking to become optional when the new SOP is released.
The SOP is expected on Wednesday, March 9th, which would make masking optional in RSU 10 on Thursday, March 10th.
Please remember that even though masks are optional, parents need to be mindful of Covid symptoms and not send their child(ren) to school if they are sick.
Please call our school office if you have any questions.

This past week Grades 4 – 6 at HSES celebrated Read Across America week with various activities. Students performed Reader’s Theaters for their peers and younger children. Mystery Readers visited each classroom either in person or over Zoom to share their favorite book. Doors were decorated with book jackets created by students on their favorite book. Students colored bookmarks that will be laminated and placed at various locations around the three towns as a way to share their love of reading with the community. Buddy Readers read a picture book to a younger child. Throughout the week teachers handed out special tickets that “Caught the students reading.” At the end of the week, three tickets were drawn from each homeroom and prizes were awarded. In addition to this, many teachers chose to celebrate reading with reading parties, games and sharing their own favorite books.
