PARENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES

In order to make our drop-off and pick-up as safe and effective as possible, please adhere to the following procedures. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Drop-Off

**Please do not drop-off before 7:45AM**

  1. When you pull into the school, circle around the loop at the front of the building.

  2. Stay in the right lane please.

  3. Please have your child ready to exit the vehicle on the passenger side of the vehicle. Staff members will greet your child for screening purposes. Once the screening is complete, you may pull into the left lane and continue toward the exit.

  4. Because of COVID restrictions and safety guidelines, staff members will not be able to open car doors and help students out of vehicles.

  5. There will be staff members on duty to direct traffic for everyone’s safety.

  6. Do not exit your car if you are in a lane of traffic. If you need to visit the office, please park in the parking lot and proceed to the office window near the entrance to the building.

  7. Please do not drop children off in the parking lot. This is for their safety. All children in the parking lot should be accompanied by an adult or a staff member.

Pick-Up

**Please do not arrive for pick-up before 12:45PM**

  1. When you pull into school, circle around the loop in the front of the building.

  2. Please park in the first available space in front of the school. Please report the name of the student(s) you will be picking up at the window to the main office located by the doorbell on your right. Adults will not be admitted into the lobby area.

  3. After reporting the name of the student(s) you will be picking up, please return to your vehicle and pull as far forward as possible up to the “CLOTHING AND SHOES” bin at the far end of the loop.

4.   At dismissal, staff members will escort the students to your vehicle. Please wait inside

your vehicle until dismissal begins. Once students begin to be dismissed, please step

out of your vehicle to get the attention of the staff member who is accompanying your

child. Do not approach your child. Our staff is expecting a heavy volume of traffic and

having everyone come towards the building is only going to slow the process down.

5.   Because of COVID restrictions and safety guidelines, staff members will not be able to

open car doors and help students into vehicles.

NOTE: Adjustments may be made to this procedure after we have a period of time to assess if it is meeting our needs.

Thank you in advance for complying with our drop-off and pick-up procedures. These procedures are in place to keep our students and staff safe. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the main office.

Thanks!
