Goal 1

65% of students in grades K-6 will meet the end of the year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment or 65% of students in grades K-6 will met their NWEA reading growth goal.

LAST SPRING
Current G3 students: 46% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment;

Current G4 students: 60% met the end of the year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment and 85% of the students met their NWEA reading growth goal.

Current G5 students: 53% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment and 82% of the students met their NWEA reading growth goal.

Current G6 students: 61% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment and 63% of the students met their NWEA reading growth goal.

Of returning students who took the NWEA last spring, 55% met the end of the year benchmark on the NWEA reading assessment and 77% of the students met their NWEA reading growth goal.

Goal 2

55% of students in grades K-6 will meet the end of the year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment or 55% of students in grades K-6 will met their NWEA math growth goal.

Current G3 students: 37% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment;

Current G4 students: 43% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment and 83% of the students met their NWEA math growth goal.

Current G5 students: 41% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment and 53% of the students met their NWEA math growth goal.

Current G6 students: 42% met the end of year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment and 50% met their NWEA math growth goal.

Of returning students who took the NWEA last spring, 41% met the end of the year benchmark on the NWEA math assessment and 63% of the students met their NWEA math growth goal.

Goal 3

As a result of sharing with staff a series of evidence-based effective classroom management strategies, the number of office discipline referrals (majors) will decrease from the 315 recorded in 2016-17 (1.8 recorded referrals per day).
